Client Self Check-In

Clients can complete a self check-in at each studio via our self check-in stations prior to entering class. To ensure a smooth check in, please follow the steps below:

  • Before each class, take the check-in iPad from the coaches stand charging stations and input into the self check-in holder by the studio entrance.

  • Open up the Mind Body Check-In app in the home scroll and select the current class

  • This will bring up the current class roster and allow clients to simply check themselves in for the class

  • Each trainer is required to stand at the entrance to support check in, answer questions, welcome new clients, and ring up any POS transactions requested by clients

    • Should a client drop in or not be registered for class the trainer must manually enter them into the class via the check-app or the Mind Body business app used by trainers.

  • For all account questions, inform the client to email info@sweatfitnessstudios.com

  • At the end of each class (if no additional classes are to follow) place the check-in iPad back on the coaches stand charging station
