*The modifications provided in this list are GENERAL Modifications for the movements. They will give other options for the exercise that will work the same muscle group. Some modifications make it easier and some offer a more difficult option. Please note that these modifications will not be appropriate for everyone based on the REASON they need the modification. Ex. Someone who has a shoulder injury and cannot lift their arms above their heads will NOT be able to do any of the modifications listed for shoulder presses or maybe even shoulder work at all. It is the trainers' responsibility to provide another modification or even a different movement to accommodate the client and keep them moving.
