  • Take a step forward and lower your body by bending both knees until they reach a 90 degree angle.

  • Keep all of your weight in your front heel, NOT your toes.

  • Your knee should be directly over your ankle and not any farther forward.

  • Keep your core tight, and your shoulders and chest tall.

  • Driving off of your front heel, step back and up to a standing position.
