Take a step forward and lower your body by bending both knees until they reach a 90 degree angle.
Keep all of your weight in your front heel, NOT your toes.
Your knee should be directly over your ankle and not any farther forward.
Keep your core tight, and your shoulders and chest tall.
Driving off of your front heel, step back and up to a standing position.
