OUR TRAINER’S INTERNSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDES YOU THE FOUNDATION TO BEGIN A SUCCESSFUL TRAINING CAREER IN GROUP FITNESS AND BEYOND. OUR PROGRAM IS A STRUCTURED, EXCLUSIVE 3 MONTH TRAINING JOURNEY THAT PROVIDES YOU REAL IN-STUDIO EXPERIENCES ALONG WITH INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS AND ONLINE FITNESS TRAINING EDUCATION.

THERE ARE A FEW STEPS TO APPLYING TO OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

  1. SUBMIT THE APPLICATION BELOW, BE THOROUGH AND COMPLETE

  2. SUBMIT A VIDEO AUDITION OF YOU, DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

  3. AFTER REVIEW OF YOUR APPLICATION AND VIDEO SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL, COMPLETE AN IN PERSON ASSESSMENT WITH OUR HEAD STAFF

STEP 2: VIDEO AUDITION SUBMISSION

DIRECTIONS

  1. COMPLETE AN 8 MINUTE TRAINING VIDEO OF YOU EXECUTING A MOCK TRAINING SEGMENT WITH YOU COACHING ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL THROUGH OUR PROGRAMMED HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING SEGMENT BELOW

  2. VIDEO MUST SHOW YOU COACHING AT LEAST ONE OTHER INDIVIDUAL (CAN BE A FRIEND, SPOUSE, SIGNIFICANT OTHER)

  3. VIDEO MUST BE 8 MINUTES IN LENGTH

  4. PLEASE START THE VIDEO BY INTRODUCING YOURSELF AND THE DATE

  5. AFTER YOU INTRODUCE YOURSELF, INTRODUCE THE WORKOUT AND DEMO THE MOVEMENTS FOR YOUR CLIENT/S

  6. ONCE YOU’VE DEMOED THE MOVEMENTS AND WORKOUT, BEGIN THE WORKOUT WITH THE CLIENT/S

  7. THE WORKOUT

    1. 4 ROUNDS OF :30 @ EACH MOVEMENT

      1. AIR SQUATS

      2. PUSH UPS

      3. SIT UPS

      4. BURPEES

  8. DURING YOUR VIDEO WORKOUT, SHOW US WHAT YOU’VE GOT. SHOW YOUR PERSONALITY, YOUR ABILITY TO SUPPORT A CLIENT WITH FORM, YOUR MOTIVATION AND INSPIRATIONAL STYLE. IF DESIRED, PLAY A PLAYLIST YOU’VE CREATED IN THE BACKGROUND ENSURING IT IS NOT TOO LOUD TO HEAR YOU IN THE VIDEO.

    • Even though it’s our pre-planned workout, you should make it organic to you.  Use YOUR words, YOUR energy, and YOUR music to show us your potential ask a coach.

    • Demonstrate your knowledge of the workout.  i.e. how to correctly describe HOW to do the movement and what muscles it’s working.

    • Demonstrate your ability to correctly execute the exercise movements..ie be able to do a full push-up from your toes.

    • Demonstrate your ability to be motivating and engaging throughout the entire workout from start to finish…this is what we look for from our trainers!

  9. ONCE FINISHED, SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO BELOW!
